Drink Warm Water for Happy Dreams

That’s right, Drink Warm Water for Happy Dreams. Let me show you how to prepare for this pleasant experience.

Drink warm water for happy dreams and pleasant sleep

I begin a nights’ fasting by calming the inner fires and letting my emotions go into hibernation.
Young folks, with a cast iron gut, can eat foods that will cause mature folks big problems, problems like bad dreams, bowel problems and sleepless nights.

Prepare Your Body for a Quiet Nights’ sleep

This means, “Don’t send a bunch of heavy, hard-to-digest food, for the gut to work on all night. The body needs sleep time to recover, and repair itself.” I am a slow learner but i eventually catch on. Now i realize that in order to have my breakfast be a breaking of the nights fast, I need to give my digestive track a time of fast. Digesting is hard work–that is why I get sleepy after a big meal.

Avoid Hard to Digest Food Within Three Hours of Bedtime

If you must eat in the evening hours, be gentle on your digestive system. Don’t expect to sleep well if the body is laboring under a heavy load of food.

A Big Evening Meal Will Cause a Disturbed Sleep Pattern

A heavy meal will have you awake in a few hours, and will cause bad dreams. I have learned to avoid eating within three hours before bed time. One way to fight evening hungers and prepare for the long nights’ fast, is to put half a teaspoonful of honey, or blackstrap molasses into some warm water and sip gently. This can be done while winding down the evening routine.

Just a little sweetener, you don’t want to go into a sugar-high, just a half a doughnut not a whole one. The hunger pangs and the sugar will be gone in about 30 minutes and sleep will be pleasant.

Warm Water and Salt Before Breakfast

A Cup of Warm Water Before Breakfast
Our bodies operate on salt and water. You have an estimated one hundred trillion cells that make up your body. Each one is actually a little battery, similar to your car battery, that works on salt and water. They provide electricity to heat the body and run your nervous system, yes, actual electricity, like that which lights your house. The first thing I do in the morning is to drink a half-teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water.

Without salt and water you would die.
