Brain cleansing

Glymphatic system activation,

During sleep, the brain undergoes a process known as glymphatic system activation, which helps to remove waste as it detoxifies the brain.

Gymphatic System activation

During this time the brain shrinks like a giant sponge and squeezes out waste products that collect against the skull. They eventually drain down the back of the neck and into the stomach to be eliminated. Sleep, particularly the stages associated with glymphatic system activation, plays a crucial role in promoting brain detoxification and reducing the risk of cognitive decline.

  • Research on the glymphatic system is relatively new and continues.
  • Dementia, brain fog and other old age problems may be involved.
  • We might be able to assist the brain detoxification by doing some easy daily skull massaging.
  • Easy skull massaging with our fingertips may activate the skull sutures (stitches) that bind the five skull bones that cover our brains.

I like to use some coconut oil on my hands as I gently massaging my skull/cranium area. This should only take a few minutes and makes my head feel much better. I think it helps the elimination to take place.I do this early in my morning when I think the final stage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)  drainage is taking place.

I do this early in my morning when I think the final stage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)  drainage is taking place.

I try to understand when I have a problem by paying attention to how my skull feels when I first wake up. If I my skull feels congested or like some sort of a mild headache I think I need to go back to bed and get a few more hours of sleep.

I ‘m not a doctor and I only know what works for me
