Cookies are not your friend. No matter how yummy and taste bud tempting they may seem. We crave these sweet treats because we became trained to want them.

Cookies and breads and things like that

Provide a nice layer of fat

Beneath my skin

Makes me well rounded

I don’t fit my hat

Makes my belly and hips

Look like blips

Around my internal parts

Flabby fat

And an unhappy heart

My neck becomes flabby

And my eyes puffy

My ears tuck in

I can’t find my chin
