When I was a young lad of 14-seasons, my older brother was training for the golden gloves. The “road-work” routine was to help him be light-on-the-feet. If we open a can of Green Beans or a can of Asparagus, we can take a spoon and eat them cold. (Try it, you might find a delicious food.)
