Knee Bends and Squats

I have long noticed that when mature people tend to bend from their waist instead of instead of bending their knees.
The Eventual result is the knee joints, feet, and ankles, don’t get lubricated and the muscles get tight and seam to forget how to stretch. And our sense of balance is impaired.
Our feet,ankles and knees all depend on movement for lubrication:
• Each foot is comprised is comprised of 33 joints,26 bones and more than a hundred muscles, tendons, and ligaments that all work together to bear weight, allow for locomotion, and transmit force. (NIH)
• We need to move these critters to help them stay healthy.
• As mature owners of out body, it is a great idea to spend some time each day taking conscious care of the health of our joints.
• Simple movement of these joints can help avoid the pain an discomfort of having joint problems—this includes those precious back joints.
• Our bodies don’t wear out, “they rust out.”
Be nice to yourself and help avoid the problems of arthritis and other discomforts.
