Horseradish is a healthy food. It can easily be added to your daily diet. You can’t be there at all times to protect your child or other loved ones. However, you can do a lot by adding a little horseradish to their food. Just use a small amount as a flavoring agent.

Furthermore, if you are exposed to indoor or outdoor air pollution, like cigarette smoke, perfumes, carpet and paint out-gassings, horseradish is the medicine for you. Our food has many chemicals that build up in our bodies. Horseradish can help remove them.

  8. It makes the blood vessels healthy so to help avoid aneurysms.
  9. You put it in your food, grate on top of food, or prepare in jars.
  10. Horseradish mustard has other members of the cruciferous family too.
  11. A small bit of this is all you need for extra health.
  12. Also, it helps fight bladder and other urinary infections.
