One of my goals is to coax people into looking after their health and happiness; with this on my mind, I went ahead and made a short video. I have read that older people CAN build muscles—even at 81-years of age.
When in the proper posture, the skull is nearly balanced and needs very little effort by the big muscles to remain looking toward the horizon.
Basic foods and a good exercise program are within our reach. We only need to do a little more each day toward our individual goals.
